
An epidemic of loneliness is sweeping across western culture, making us hollow. Friendship isn’t taught in schools. Yet friendship is one of the foundational blocks of our lives. Friends help us succeed and reach lofty goals, they help us survive the bad times and they are critical for our health.
I’m writing this book because most of my life has been lived as a lonely lazy loser. I never understood the importance or friendship or how to make friends until now. Let me share what I’ve learnt.
